V-RING SEALS
A-Section V rings have a flat rear face and unlike oil seals which don't have a rigid steel shell, V-rings are made up of rubber and therefore can be stretched over fittings, flanges, bearings, couplings and keys.
S-Section V rings have a conical rear face which needs more space than an A section V-ring, and unlike oil seals they don't have a rigid steel shell, V-rings are made up of rubber and can be stretched over fittings, flanges, bearings, couplings and keys.
